Tenisha & Evan executed simplicity elegantly at their Ritz Charles wedding. Their bridal party wore all black on both sides, creating the feeling of a black-tie event. The high contrast black and white details were perfectly softened with natural hints of green in the Calla lilies. Tenisha prides herself on paying strong attention to detail, and it was extremely evident.

Surprisingly both Evan and Tenisha went to Indiana University, but did not end up meeting until after. They quickly knew what they shared was something special and were inseparable ever since. Both of them have strong family ties and valued each other’s relationship with their families. It was obvious how loved and adored they both are — the entire ballroom was FULL of family and friends who gave up precious time celebrate their union in marriage! It was truly a joy and honor to photograph their wedding day. I witnessed the love between them and the love around them.

I will be obsessing over the photos of the new Mr. & Mrs. Butz for years to come! Cheer’s to the happy couple!
