Once again, Flat Fork Creek Park never disappoints! Especially for beautiful engagement sessions! I was so stoked to finally get Sophie + Tommy’s engagement session in because they are my first scheduled wedding of 2019! In 6 short months, they are going to be married! That’s crazy.

I love that I get to be apart of these beautiful couple’s journeys to marriage. It’s not easy, just like any other part of a relationships. Everyone thinks being engaged is going to be filled with love and happiness, but it’s also filled with a lot of decision making…aka stress. Stress can bring out a side you never knew existed. But that is why it happens; you’re going to be spending the rest of your life with this person. You are vowing to stay with them through highs + lows and sickness + health. You learn so much about yourself and the person you are about to spend the rest of your life with.

On the other hand, engagements are such a small but meaningful part of your life! It is important to cherish every moment and find the right people to support you along the way 🙂
