Here it is, four days before you finally graduate from college. Naturally, you’re overjoyed to have a degree & get to move into the real world. All of a sudden you start to realize what it means to move into the real world and the uncertainty starts to kick in.
Graduation is such a bitter-sweet time. Luckily, you never have to go through it alone. Ricki was able to spend this GORGEOUS evening with the people she cares about most–her close friends and immediate family. She has been fortunate enough to have the same lively group of friends since first semester of freshman year. I bet none of them would believe they would spend all four years by each other’s sides. And Ricki is so lucky to have such a sweet and supportive family! I enjoyed watching her dad’s smile span from ear to ear the entire duration of the session. He couldn’t contain the joy he felt for his daughter taking this big step.
I still have another year left before my big day, but I am so grateful I was able to experience this special time with one of my closest friends & favorite roomie. They always say one door closed leads to another door opened. I look forward to seeing what door opens to you, Ricki!
